We aim to dispatch all Black Friday sale orders within 10 Business days of purchase. Please note, all Print To Order products purchased during the Black Friday sale may require an additional 10 Business days to be printed and dispatched.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Returns

All orders placed during the Black Friday sale period are eligible for return until the 23rd January 2026. For returns to be accepted the products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please visit our online return portal to request a return.

All Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their online return. All returns must be processed through our customer portal.

Please note that Black Friday sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit.


Last Chance Returns

All Last Chance Sale items are final and can not be returned for a refund or exchange.
