It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with our products therefore we offer free returns in Australia. We will gladly accept returns on all full priced items within 30 days of receipt. For returns to be accepted the products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. We offer credit voucher only.
Refunds and replacements will only be issued for manufacturing faults, please note this does not include general wear and tear.
Sale items including mystery boxes cannot be exchanged.

STEPS TO COMPLETING AN ONLINE RETURN
- Visit our online returns portal to request a return
- Enter the email address used for the order and your order reference (order number)
- Select the items you would like to return
- Select the reason for return and the condition of the items
- Once confirmed, you will receive a link and email to your pre-paid Australia post label
- Simply print the label, package your items and drop off at your nearest post office or street post box
- Once received, your credit voucher will be processed within 3 business days
Please note we do not offer exchanges on orders returned via post. Our Northbridge store can offer exchange or credit vouchers.
