Returns Policy

All Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their return. All return labels must be purchased through our customer portal. Checkout+ will not be available throughout the Black Friday sale period.


Black Friday Returns

All orders placed during the Black Friday sale period are eligible for return until the 23rd January 2026. For returns to be accepted the products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

Please note that Black Friday sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

Last Chance Returns

All Last Chance Sale items are final and can not be returned for a refund or exchange.

General Returns

It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with our products. We will gladly accept returns on all full priced items within 14 days of receipt. For returns to be accepted the products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. We offer exchanges and store credits only. Exchange items must be returned within 14 days or will be charged full amount if your items aren’t in the mail after the return window time expires. A $1 hold authorisation will come into account to collect credit card information for Exchanges. Mystery Boxes, Lucky Dip items, Sale items and Pre-loved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds and replacements will only be issued for manufacturing faults. Please note this does not include general wear and tear.

In Store Returns

All online orders can be returned to our Northbridge store if they comply with the returns policy above. In Store purchases can also be returned Online. We offer credit vouchers and exchanges however cannot guarantee the store will have all stock available online. Please call our store on 0402 711 550 if you wish to confirm before visiting. All purchases made in store are subject to the same terms and conditions as online orders.
