Domestic Shipping 

All domestic orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase on business days (subject to delays). Print to Order items require an extra 5 business days to be printed and dispatched. 

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped using DHL within 2 business days of purchase on business days (subject to delays). Print to Order items require an extra 5 business days to be printed and dispatched. 

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information. 

If your order says it has been delivered but has not arrived please contact orders@oliclothing.com with your order number and we will get back to you.

Authority to Leave

Our orders are automatically set with Authority to Leave. If you'd prefer your parcel to not be left, please post your order directly to a Post Box location or get in contact with Australia Post or DHL for assistance. 

If you have received a gift from someone online or from our store, you can either return it for Store Credit or Exchange it for something else using our Start Gift Return Here option in our Returns portal.

If your item has arrived damaged or faulty you can lodge a return through our Returns portal for manual processing or contact orders@oliclothing.com directly with your order number & an attached image of the product and we will get back to you.

How can I make a Return/Exchange?

We accept Returns & Exchanges within 14 days of purchase. We process our Returns & Exchanges using Loop Returns. Visit our Returns Page to make a return. Please keep in mind that a $10 processing fee will come into account to cover the shipping label. This is deducted from your Store Credit amount. Exchange items must be returned within 14 days or will be charged full amount if your items aren’t in the mail after the return window time expires. A $1 hold authorisation will come into account to collect credit card information for Exchanges. We only offer Store Credit refunds or Exchanges.

When will I receive my Store Credit refund?

Once you have dropped your order off at the Post Office & your order is in transit you will receive an email with your Store Credit voucher.

When will I receive my Exchange Item?

Once you have dropped your order off at the Post Office & your order is in transit, we will pack & ship out your new order to you using standard shipping (2-8 business days).

What items can't be returned?

LAST CHANCE, Pre Loved & Mystery Boxes items can not be returned or Exchanged. Pre Loved items can however, be donated back to our Northbridge store for a $10 Store Credit voucher.

Can I return or exchange a LAST CHANCE item?

All LAST CHANCE items are final sale products. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on LAST CHANCE items.

Can I use the STAYLOYAL discount code on LAST CHANCE items?

LAST CHANCE items final prices are marked. The STAYLOYAL discount is only eligible for full priced items.

Are LAST CHANCE items available in-store?

At this stage, LAST CHANCE items are only available online.

How can I become a part of Pre Loved?

Donate any piece of Oli Clothing in any condition to our Northbridge Store for a $10 store credit voucher and we will sort it for repurposing. You can also sign up to our Pre Loved Newsletter to be notified for any releases.

Can I return or exchange Pre Loved items?

Once a Pre Loved item has been purchased it can not be returned or exchanged online or in-store at full price. However, it can be donated back for a $10 store credit voucher.

Where do Pre Loved items go?

Pre Loved items will either be re-sold on our website or donated to Youth Futures in Perth. Any items deemed unwearable will be cut into rags for our screen printing process so nothing goes to waste.

I reside outside of Australia, can I still be part of Pre Loved?

We ship our Pre Loved items outside of Australia however, we are only able to accept Pre Loved donations through our Northbridge store and not online.

How can I apply my discount/gift card?

At the checkout enter your discount code or gift card in the box below the payment method & select apply. Your gift card amount should be applied & discount should deduct from the full amount.

When will my gift card expire?

All of our gift cards are valid for 3 years after purchase. If you have any trouble accessing your gift card please contact orders@oliclothing.com and we will get back to you.

What cant I use my discount code on?

All sale items, Mystery Boxes or Pre Loved Items.

We want to inform you that there are fake websites and social media accounts impersonating Oli Clothing. These scam sites mimic our branding and falsely claim to sell our products.

To ensure your safety while shopping, please only make purchases through our official website oliclothing.com or our newsletters ending with @oliclothing.com

Rest assured, we are actively collaborating with authorities to shut down these fraudulent sites.

If you suspect you’ve made a purchase from a scam website, we recommend contacting your bank to dispute any charges. You can also reach out to us at jamie@oliclothing.com with any concerns.
