It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept returns on all full priced items within 30 days of receipt. For returns to be accepted the products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. We offer credit voucher only.

Mystery Box purchases cannot be returned.

Refunds and replacements will only be issued for manufacturing faults, please note this does not include general wear and tear.

Sale items including mystery boxes can not be exchanged.

If you would like to return an item, please visit our online returns portal to request a return.

All refunds and store credits will incur a charge of $10 for the cost of the returns label. This cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Please note, returns for manufacturer or supplier error will be free of charge.


1. Visit our online returns portal to request a return

2. Enter the email address used for the order and your order reference (order number)

3. Select the items you would like to return

4. Select the reason for return and the condition of the items

5. Once confirmed, you will receive a link and email to your pre-paid Australia post label

6. Simply print the label, package your items and drop off at your nearest post office or street post box

7. Once received, your credit voucher will be processed within 3 business days. A $10 charge will be deducted from issued credit voucher to cover the returns label.


Please note we do not offer exchanges on orders returned via post. Our Northbridge store can offer exchange or credit vouchers.
