Our Updated 2024 Jumpers:
We've said goodbye to polyester and replaced all of our Jumpers with 100% Heavyweight French Terry Cotton. As well as this we've upgraded the fit, with a shorter length, double lined hood and a slight dropped shoulder.

SIZE GUIDE:
We recommend ordering your normal T size for a true fit and sizing up for a more relaxed, baggy fit.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase on business days. Print to Order Items require an extra 5 business days from purchase to be printed and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Australia:

We ship domestic orders over $150 with free standard shipping.

Domestic shipping is through Australia Post, and you have the option of standard ($9.99) or express shipping ($14.99).

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information.  

New Zealand:
All orders posted to New Zealand are shipped for a flat rate of $20. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once posted.

Rest of the world:

Rest of the world is shipped for a flat rate of $30. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive once posted.

How can I track my order? 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

RETURNS

Mystery Boxes, Sale items and Pre-loved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will gladly accept returns on all full priced items within 14 days of receipt. For returns to be accepted the products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

We offer exchanges and store credits only. Exchange items must be returned within 14 days or will be charged full amount if your items aren’t in the mail after the return window time expires. A $1 hold authorisation will come into account to collect credit card information for Exchanges.

Refunds and replacements will only be issued for manufacturing faults. Please note this does not include general wear and tear.
