RETURNS

All Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their return. All return labels must be purchased through our customer portal. Checkout+ will not be available throughout the Black Friday sale period.

All orders placed during the Black Friday sale period are eligible for return until the 23rd January 2026. For returns to be accepted the products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

Please note that Black Friday sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Refunds are only granted for a manufacturing error.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all Black Friday sale orders within 10 Business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Australia:

Domestic shipping is through Australia Post, and you have the option of standard ($9.99) or express shipping ($14.99).

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information.  

New Zealand:
Orders are posted to New Zealand with AusPost Standard for a flat rate of $19.99 or DHL Express for $29.99. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to arrive once posted.

Rest of the world:
Order are posted to the Rest of The World with AusPost Standard for a flat rate of $19.99 or DHL Express for $39.99. Please allow 5-20 business days for your order to arrive once posted.

How can I track my order? 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
