PRE LOVED | PLATYPUS HOOD - M
As part of our Do Good Project were so stoked to launch our Pre Loved Collection. This is a take back program with the aim to extend the lifecycle of Oli garments, keep clothing out of landfill and support a circular economy.
Through our Do Good Project, you can return any Oli garment at our Northbridge Store, no matter how old, and be gifted a $10 credit per item. These items will then be sorted and mended where necessary, then either re-sold through our Pre Loved Collection on our website or donated to our partners at Youth Futures right here in Perth. Youth futures are a non-profit organisation helping troubled and at risk young people, providing them with a variety of programs across three core areas; Homelessness, Education and Support & Wellbeing. Items that we donate to Youth Futures will be given to Young People who could be homeless, living at temporary housing or simply struggling to make ends meet. Any item we deem to be in a lesser condition will be used in house for test prints as part of our screen printing and production process meaning no item goes unused.
This program is something we've been working on for years, by supporting it you are making a real difference to the environment & peoples lives.
IMPORTANT:
Please keep in mind this is a Pre Loved Product meaning it has been worn and washed. These items will show signs of wear as you would expect from any second hand piece of clothing. Once purchased this item cannot be exchanged, however it can always be donated back for a $10 credit. Please help us in continuing the lifecycle of our garments.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase on business days. Print to Order Items require an extra 5 business days from purchase to be printed and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Australia:
We ship domestic orders over $150 with free standard shipping.
Domestic shipping is through Australia Post, and you have the option of standard ($9.99) or express shipping ($14.99).
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
New Zealand:
All orders posted to New Zealand are shipped for a flat rate of $20. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once posted.
Rest of the world:
Rest of the world is shipped for a flat rate of $30. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive once posted.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
RETURNS
Mystery Boxes, Sale items and Pre-loved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will gladly accept returns on all full priced items within 14 days of receipt. For returns to be accepted the products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
We offer exchanges and store credits only. Exchange items must be returned within 14 days or will be charged full amount if your items aren’t in the mail after the return window time expires. A $1 hold authorisation will come into account to collect credit card information for Exchanges.
Refunds and replacements will only be issued for manufacturing faults. Please note this does not include general wear and tear.
