RETURNS

Returns Policy

It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with our products. We will gladly accept returns on all full priced items within 14 days of receipt. For returns to be accepted the products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. We offer exchanges and store credits only. Exchange items must be returned within 14 days or will be charged full amount if your items aren’t in the mail after the return window time expires. A $1 hold authorisation will come into account to collect credit card information for Exchanges. Mystery Boxes, Sale items and Pre-loved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds and replacements will only be issued for manufacturing faults. Please note this does not include general wear and tear.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please visit our online returns portal to request a return.

Domestic returns

All exchanges and store credit refunds will incur a charge of $10 for the cost of the return label which will be deducted from the store credit amount.

Please note, returns for manufacturer or supplier error will be free of charge.

International Returns

All exchanges and store credit refunds will incur a charge of $20 AUD for the cost of the return label which will be deducted from the store credit amount.

In Store Returns

All online orders can be returned to our Northbridge store if they comply with the returns policy above. In Store purchases can also be returned Online. We offer credit vouchers and exchanges however cannot guarantee the store will have all stock available online. Please call our store on 0402 711 550 if you wish to confirm before visiting. All purchases made in store are subject to the same terms and conditions as online orders.
